Easy Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us with your order ID to start a return or replacement.

When can I request a return?

  • Item received in good condition: If the product is as ordered but you want to return it, request a return within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags.
  • Defective item: Request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • Item received broken: We will provide a free replacement. Please record an opening (unboxing) video showing the broken item and share the video with your order ID on WhatsApp at +91 8800393543 within 5 days of delivery.

Sending an item back

Reverse pickup is available in select locations served by our courier partners. If pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may self-ship the item. Please dispatch a self-shipped return within 48 hours after your return request is raised and pack it securely to avoid damage in transit.

For an accepted self-shipped return, ₹250 of shipping costs will be reimbursed as a coupon for a future purchase after the item passes our quality check.

Refunds

For an approved return, a COD order can be refunded by bank transfer. Online payments can be refunded to the original payment account or card. You may also choose a store coupon for the refund value.
